以下の表で、ご使用の OS をサポートする Symantec Endpoint Protection のバージョンを確認してください。
既に製品をお持ちのお客様でバージョンアップ、もしくは導入をご検討のお客様は、弊社担当支社・営業所までご連絡ください。
※Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.0から14.2 のウイルス定義ファイルの配信が2024年12月31日で終了しています。
今後、定義ファイルは更新されません。
年次ライセンス更新されている方は、
Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3以降にバージョンアップが必要となります。

Symantec Endpoint Protectionのすべてのバージョンのリリースノート、修正項目、システム要件 (英文)
① タスクバー右下の日付と時刻の並び、または「隠れているインジゲーターを表示します」からSymantec Endpoint Protectionのアイコンをダブルクリックします。
アイコンを右クリックしてから「Symantec Endpoint Protectionを開く」をクリックしていただいても開くことができます。
② Symantec Endpoint Protectionの状態画面が開いたら「ヘルプ」ボタンのメニューから「バージョン情報」をクリックします。
③ バージョン情報が開いたら画面中央に表記されているバージョンをご確認ください。
① Windowsのスタートボタンを右クリックし、「ファイル名を指定して実行」をクリックします。（メニュー内容は、ご使用のOSによって異なります。メニュー内に「ファイル名を指定して実行」が見つからない場合は、検索欄をご利用ください。）

② ファイル名を指定して実行の画面で[winver」と入力して「OK」をクリックします。
※ 「ファイル名を指定して実行」が見つからない場合 スタートボタンの右手側 検索欄に[winver」と入力し、検索結果内の「 winver コマンドの実行 」を左クリック

③Windowsのバージョン情報が確認できます。
※Windows10とWindows 11は年1回の機能更新が行われ、更新の適用有無でSymantec Endpoint Protectionの対応バージョンも変わります。
Windows10もしくはWindows 11をご利用の場合は、バージョン番号まで確認いただくようお願いします。
